Participating in TSDOS as a vendor is a unique opportunity to connect with industry professionals in a hospitality environment at a dedicated time away from sessions. This time can be spent showcasing products and services or simply forming relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Vendors may book a hospitality suite in the hotel, a reserved space in the parking lot or both.

  • Vendor Hospitality time is scheduled from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm Wednesday, September 5th and Thursday, September 6th.

  • All vendors must register in advance for the conference ($450). Additional vendor badges can be purchased for $50 each.

  • All vendors must register for the conference with The University of Texas at Arlington first and then contact Becky Zendejas at the Embassy Suites to book hospitality space and order hospitality arrangements. SPACE SELLS QUICKLY. Call the hotel at 972-963-9178 as soon as possible to confirm.

PLEASE NOTE: Vendor staff provides access to Wednesday and Thursday hospitality areas ONLY and does not include access to the symposium sessions, workshops or meals. Full conference registration is available for an additional fee.

  2. Listing on the TSDOS website as a participating vendor, with a link to your company's website
  3. Listing in the TSDOS Program Book given to over 700 attendees
  4. Listing on the Hospitality Guide sheet given to over 700 attendees, telling them where to find you in the hotel or parking lot
  5. Post conference "opted-in" attendee list - every attendee who has indicated on their registration form that they want to receive information from participating vendors - their full contact information

Refunds are not permitted; however, you may transfer your registration to another person. The deadline for substitutions is August 4, 2018.
