Participating in TSDOS as a vendor is a unique opportunity to connect with industry professionals in a hospitality environment at a dedicated time away from sessions. This time can be spent showcasing products and services or simply forming relationships with key decision-makers.

Vendors may book a hospitality suite in the hotel, a reserved space in the parking lot or both.

Vendor Hospitality will take place Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 5:00 pm.

All vendors must register in advance for the conference ($450). Additional vendor badges can be purchased for $50 each.

After registering, contact Becky Zendejas at the Embassy Suites to book space and make any food and beverage arrangements. This opportunity will sell out quickly. Call Becky at 972-963-9178 to confirm.

Please note: Vendor registration provides access to Wednesday hospitality areas ONLY and does not include access to the symposium sessions, workshops or meals. Full conference registration is available for an additional fee.

Refunds are not permitted; however, you may transfer your registration to another person. The deadline for substitutions is August 4, 2018.
